Mini Cinnamon Breads

Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease 10 mini loaf pans.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Gradually add the milk and the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating between the two and mixing well after each addition, until the batter is smooth and well combined.
- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared mini loaf pans and set aside.
- In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until combined.
- Spoon an even amount of the cinnamon mixture over each unbaked loaf. Gently swirl the topping into the batter using a knife or skewer.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a loaf comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and allow the loaves to cool in the pans for 1 hour. Carefully remove and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
