I. OFFICIAL RULES & DISCLAIMERS
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
1.1 No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
1.2 A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
2. SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATOR
2.1 The “Promotion” is sponsored by A Cozy Content Company, LLC, a Maryland single-member limited liability company.
2.2 A Cozy Content Company, LLC is the legal entity behind Ashley’s Cozy House YouTube channel.
2.3 Any questions regarding this Promotion should be directed to: ashley@acozycontent.co.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Open to legal residents of any country who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time of entry.
3.2 Void where prohibited by law. Each entrant is responsible for ensuring that entering the Promotion does not violate any local laws, rules, or regulations. Entrants are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, including any additional requirements for prize eligibility (e.g., skill-testing questions where required).
3.3 Employees, immediate family members, and persons living in the same household of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1 Each eligible individual may earn up to four (4) entries by completing the methods below. Each method = 1 entry:
a. YouTube Subscribe
Subscribe to Ashley’s Cozy House YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@ashleyscozyhouse) or confirm you are already subscribed.
b. Instagram Follow
Follow Ashley’s Cozy House on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/ashleyscozyhouse/) or confirm you are already following.
c. YouTube Comment
Comment on the 100th YouTube video using the special hashtag #Ashleys100.
d. Email Entry
Send an email to ashley@acozycontent.co with #Ashleys100 in the subject or body.
4.2 No other methods of entry will be accepted. Entries must be received before the Promotion’s closing time set forth in Section 5.
4.3 Entrants are encouraged to retain proof of entry submission. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
5. ENTRY PERIOD
5.1 The Promotion begins on March 2, 2025, and ends on March 9, 2025 at 11:59PM EST.
5.2 Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
6.1 Random Drawing
A winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries on or about March 10, 2025.
6.2 Notification
The potential winner will be notified via the method of entry used (YouTube comment reply, Instagram Direct Message, or email). The winner must respond within 48 hours, or the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for notification failures due to entrant’s failure to monitor their accounts, spam filters, or other technical issues.
6.3 Winner Verification
• As a condition of being declared the official winner, the potential winner may be required to verify their identity by providing their full legal name, date of birth, and mailing address to confirm eligibility.
• Failure to provide the requested information or otherwise comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification.
7. PRIZE
7.1 One (1) winner will receive a $50 USD gift card to Magnolia (the home décor shop and online store in Waco, TX).
7.2 Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50 (USD).
7.3 Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
7.4 This Promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by Magnolia, YouTube, or Instagram.
7.5 The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, local, or international taxes, duties, or fees associated with acceptance or use of the prize.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
8.1 By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding.
8.2 Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or abuses any aspect of the Promotion or who otherwise violates these Official Rules. Examples include, but are not limited to, using multiple accounts to enter, falsifying information, or attempting to manipulate the entry process.
8.3 No Automated Entries: Automated or bulk entries, or entries submitted by third parties, bots, or any other method beyond the control of the entrant are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
9. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless A Cozy Content Company, LLC, YouTube, Instagram, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or from the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
9.2 Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, network failures, or unauthorized human intervention that may affect the security or administration of this Promotion.
9.3 Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or delay of the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or platform outages.
10. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
10.1 Collection of Personal Information
a. When entrants participate in the Promotion, the Sponsor may collect certain personal information (e.g., full name, date of birth, mailing address, email address) for the sole purpose of administering the Promotion and verifying eligibility.
10.2 Use of Personal Information
a. The Sponsor will not sell, rent, or lease the collected personal information to any third parties.
b. Personal information will be used only for (i) verifying entrant eligibility, (ii) contacting winners, and (iii) fulfilling and delivering prizes.
10.3 Data Security
a. The Sponsor stores collected personal information on systems protected by encryption and other industry-standard security measures.
b. While the Sponsor takes reasonable measures to safeguard data, no security system is infallible. Therefore, the Sponsor cannot guarantee the absolute security of its servers or databases, nor can it guarantee that personal information will not be intercepted while being transmitted.
10.4 Retention of Personal Information
a. The Sponsor will retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes stated in these Official Rules or as required by applicable law.
b. Upon completion of the Promotion and any related administrative processes, reasonable steps will be taken to securely destroy or de-identify any personal information no longer needed.
10.5 Disclosure of Information
a. The Sponsor may disclose personal information to service providers or advisors who assist with the Promotion (e.g., shipping carriers), strictly for the purposes of prize fulfillment and only under obligations of confidentiality.
b. The Sponsor may also disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Sponsor, entrants, or others.
10.6 Participant Rights
a. Where required by applicable law, participants may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information. To exercise any applicable rights, entrants should contact the Sponsor at ashley@acozycontent.co.
10.7 Consent to Privacy Policy
a. By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that they have read and understood this privacy policy section and consent to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information as outlined above.
11. NO AFFILIATION WITH YOUTUBE OR INSTAGRAM
11.1 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, YouTube or Instagram.
11.2 Any information provided is directed solely to the Sponsor, not to YouTube or Instagram.
11.3 Entrants must comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of YouTube and Instagram when participating via those platforms.
12. WINNER’S LIST
12.1 The winner’s name (first name and last initial only) will be available upon request by emailing ashley@acozycontent.co within 30 days of the winner’s confirmation.
13. GOVERNING LAW
13.1 This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Promotion will be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
