October is the perfect time to embrace all things cozy.

There are so many things to love about this time of year. With the leaves changing and the weather turning slightly cooler, it’s the perfect opportunity to spend time outdoors.

We recently visited a local apple orchard and picked a ton of apples, the crimson crips were my favorite. I think I had just as much fun taking photos at the orchard as I did picking apples! We even made homemade apple butter with some of the apples, which my girls absolutely loved.

Of course, October wouldn’t be complete without a visit to the pumpkin patch. We went this past weekend, rode the tractor out to the fields, and picked our pumpkins straight off the vine. There’s just something so cozy and nostalgic about that whole experience.

I hope you all take some time this month to enjoy the simple, cozy moments that make fall so special and enjoyable.
